If there are a lot of deleted transactions it could mean
that your bookkeeper is making a ton of mistakes or it could be that they are
trying to hide something. Neither one of
these explanations is good news for the owner.
So how can you check and see what has been deleted or
changed.
QuickBooks provides a report to help you with this. It’s called the “Voided/Deleted transaction”
report. When you run the report, it will
show you transactions that have been voided or deleted. It will also tell you which user is changing
what and when they did the change.
