Holidays are a great time to say thank you to your customers and to sell tastefully. Buy Christmas cards and sign each one personally. Have each envelope addressed by hand. If you have bad handwriting like I do, have someone else with good handwriting address them for you.
But don’t just sign them. Add a personal note to each. Suggest lunch, and write in your email address or your telephone number. Include a gift or a discount. This is a good way to introduce a new product or service.
